Woodleigh Cross Country and Term 3 Community Sport

During the last week of Term 2 we ran an optional Woodleigh Cross Country event. It was fantastic to see students take up this opportunity and get back involved in sport after a long layoff.

The cross country event is always a challenging one, and with limited preparations never more so than this year. Congratulations to all the students who took up the challenge! We can’t wait to have more sporting opportunities for students in Term 3.

Community Sport

The FDBA and FDNA Competitions are set to return early in Term 3. The FDBA Basketball will be running a shortened Winter Season across Term 3. FDNA Netball are going to run an extended season across Term 3 & 4. As all of these organisations are adapting their procedures to meet government regulations and we will share these new procedures with students and parents of those students involved prior to Woodleigh teams recommencing.
