Each student has a Study Planner which should be taken to every class, to tutor groups and also taken home each afternoon. The Study Planner includes:

• a timetable which describes lesson times, subjects, Activities times, Homestead times, recess and lunch times
  
• a planner for the semester in which students mark when major assignments are due
  
• a daily entry section in which homework is recorded as well as excursion dates, sports days, films, assemblies, music practice, meetings etc.

Planners can be used as a means of communication between teachers and parents, and are checked on a regular basis by tutor teachers.
