All initial contact should be made via the Senior Campus Receptionist, Ms Suzanne Cunningham, on (03) 59716100. She will then forward you to the correct person. 2. Current Parents
Junior Campus:
The first point of contact is the classroom teacher. In some cases, direct contact with specialist teachers (such as support services teachers) may also be appropriate.
If the classroom teacher or specialist teacher cannot answer your question to your satisfaction, or you are uncertain who else to contact, then ring the Junior Campus Receptionist, Mrs Kerrie Brodie, on (03) 9788 6488. She will put you in touch with the right person or forward you on to the head of Junior Campus, Mr Rod Davies.

Senior Campus:
The first point of contact is usually your son or daughter’s Homestead Tutor or Homestead Coordinator. In some cases, direct contact with specialist staff (e.g. support services, counsellor, music, etc.) may also be appropriate. For serious matters you can contact the Vice Principal or the Head or Deputy Head of Students.
If in any doubt, ring the Senior Campus Receptionist, Ms Suzanne Cunningham on (03) 5971 6100 and she will connect you with the appropriate staff member.
3. Direct Contact versus emails
Please note that while letters have their place for formal communication, and while emails can be useful for making quick contact, we strongly prefer direct personal contact – either on the phone or face-to-face – to resolve any difficult or complex issues.
4. Emergency Information
Please also note that we maintain an Emergency Information Line for each campus (Senior Campus: 5971 6155 and Junior Campus: 9788 6455). This is a recorded message service only and will contain key information in the case of an emergency, such as a bushfire. These numbers always appear in the margin of the first page of the newsletter for easy reference. We also have the facility to activate an Emergency Information Page on our website (www.woodleigh.vic.edu.au) if necessary.
